About Us

ARA Yoga Shala is located at the heart of Aventura, FL.

​

We offer a variety of classes, mainly warm dynamic Vinyasa classes with a mix of classical philosophy and modern physical approach, that will give the yogi an exquisite experience on the mat.

We've been building a very special yoga community since 2012, from travelers to committed Aventura yogis. ARA Yoga Shala is a clean, welcoming, and magical space to come and do your daily spiritual practice (Sadhana) and re-connect to your higher Self.

We offer classes, workshops, trainings and retreats available for all skill levels. Everyone is welcome to join our yogi community.
